Isn’t it ironic that people travel the world looking for magical places, when some of the most magical places of all are in our own backyards?
I travel to many different countries to photograph different landscapes, yet some of my most amazing captures have been at home, which is the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Shooting Bellambi Point during a golden sunrise or sunset is a favourite and its beauty still astounds me, even though it’s a stone’s throw from my backyard. Belmore Basin, Coledale and Sea Cliff Bridge are some other mentionable picks, and ventures to the Blue Mountains never fail to impress.
Many people have the travel bug like me, yet New South Wales is truly gorgeous, so I encourage you all to explore as many hidden treasure as you can around home.
