The fun, interactive Cooking with Fire workshops are a full day of learning different ways of cooking Millford Acres Farm grows vegetables from their micro market garden, locally produced Australian White lamb, wild-caught seafood when available and other local delicacies such as truffles when in season. You will get to use a range of outdoor methods such as their wood-fired pizza oven, the Patagonian Cross, Santa Maria grill and an old fashioned open fire. You can participate in the preparation as little or as much as you want. Then sharing the bounty at a long table lunch washed down with superb Collector wines and finishing with a farm tour and a chat about their regenerative agriculture journey.
