Vincentia Craft Butchery and Providores source free-ranging, grass-fed, sustainably farmed and ethically reared meat direct from South Coast farmers, plus a gorgeous array of super-fresh biodynamic and organic produce and fruit, and organic teas, grains, herbs and spices.
We believe in a localised, seasonal, slow food movement and prepare everything from scratch on a daily basis: sausages, mince, marinades - you name it, we make it. Fresh. Everyday.
An extensive charcuterie and deli section showcases artisan producers from across the region along with local, hand-made products and gifts. Plus, our house made and smoked ham? Next level good!
