Two or three families can spread out across the property and claim beds in the main house or in the separate two-storey unit with its own living area, kitchen, and ensuite. On hot days you can cool off immediately in the backyard pool, or grab the towels and drive to Culburra Beach or Jervis Bay for a day in the surf and sand. Stay comfortable inside in any weather with the air conditioning and fireplace in the dining room and enjoy Netflix on the couch in either of two living areas.

For quiet conversations you can find three thatched bali huts with outdoor seating dotted throughout the property – one hidden in a jungle garden with a mattress floor, perfect for midday naps or reading time. Enjoy quality time indoors with board games or outdoors around the pool with room for everyone to lay out on a towel or splash in the water. The property is filled with jacaranda and frangipani trees, luscious ferns and tropical plants, to complete the paradise vibe as you play and relax.
