In this carefully curated class you'll learn yoga poses, baby- friendly relaxations and mini meditation to help you heal from pregnancy and birth, regain your strength, restore your energy and calm your mind.

You’ll sit in Circle whilst sipping on hot tea and eating bliss balls where you'll be seen and heard and hear other mama's stories so you know you're not alone in the season of matrescence that you're in.

A quiet space is available at the venue/ facility
Actively welcomes people with access needs.
Welcomes and assists people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour. (includes people with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia)
