Guests will enjoy a four-course dining experience, with each dish thoughtfully prepared by renowned local eateries:
Appetiser by Kraken Huskisson.
Entree by Jervis Bay Mussels.
Main by 5 Little Pigs.
Sweet Finish by Phyco Health.
Each course is complemented by a selection of Jervis Bay Brewing Co. craft beers (Four middy's AUD20) with an optional wine pairing featuring Sparkling, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Merlot.
