John Nixon, of Sandbar, along with Head Chef Jason Wilkinson and his team invite guests to an evening dedicated to showcasing the incredible seafood of Shoalhaven waters. Partnering with local seafood producers, the team will present a six-course menu that highlights the region's diverse and high-quality seafood.

The menu will feature: PhycoHealth seaweed products, Jim Wild oysters, Jervis Bay mussels, Jervis Bay lobsters and a selection of locally sourced estuary and deep-water fish.

In addition to the dining experience, the event aims to include a producer's table and insightful talks from local seafood experts, providing guests with a deeper understanding of the region's seafood industry and sustainable practices.

This event is an opportunity to enjoy expertly prepared seafood while learning about the people and processes behind Shoalhaven's thriving seafood industry.
