This cosy ex-farm manager’s cottage has been restored and renovated recently and is located only a short drive to Berry and Seven Mile Beach.

Borrowdale is conveniently located less than five minutes from the township of Berry and 10 minutes from Seven Mile Beach. The two-bedroom cottage, surrounded by 25 acres of farmland, is perched high on Moeyan Hill and combines great privacy with an open outlook to the north and east. It has expansive views of the escarpment north to Saddleback Mountain, and of rural countryside stretching east to Gerroa and the sea.

The cosy ex-farm manager’s cottage has been restored and renovated recently, and contains two bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each, two bathrooms, and spacious living areas. The living areas and bedrooms open onto a wrap-around veranda which overlooks the pretty garden and lawns.

If you feel energetic, Borrowdale is ideal as a base for exploring the area and going on walks, surfing, playing golf; but if you feel like relaxing then it is also a great place to sit and read or play boules in the garden. It will suit two couples or a small family.
