Bagnalls Beach

Journey to the white sands of Nelson Bay to find the beautiful Bagnalls Beach. This cosy, stunning gem is located between Nelson Bay and Corlette along the North Coast of NSW. You can access the beach via a lush bushland reserve, which is navigated via a flat walking and cycling track.

Bagnalls Beach is a popular destination among locals and is ideal for enjoying the sunset and sunrise, as the views extend from Sandy Point in Port Stephens to Fly Point Park, Nelson Bay. The dog friendly location has fresh water available and free doggy bags to clean up after your pooch. Bagnalls is only a short stretch of beach but it is the idyllic location for a canine off-leash exercise area. The waters are well protected, with a very minor current and only shallow waves, perfect for a relaxing dip in the refreshing coastal waters.

There are many facilities available for public use located in the beach reserve, including two playgrounds, numerous picnic areas, barbecue facilities, and public amenities.
