When: every Monday (starting 11th October)
Time: 5:30-6:30pm
Beginners to advanced welcomed!
Sybil will lead you through a vinyasa yoga practice, strengthening your mind, body and spirit. The perfect way to start your week. The active asana practice will be followed by sivasana, a relaxation where your body mind and spirit have the opportunity to gently take in everything that yoga has brought to you. Leading you into a relaxing evening.

Have a step free main entrance to the building and/or reception area (includes ramps or slopes with a maximum gradient of 1:14, otherwise are too steep for wheelchairs)
