Uprising Bakery is a community bakery based in Maryville, Newcastle. Our bakery sells hand-made artisan products and we are widely known for having some of Newcastle's best sourdough. We offer a large range of hand-made viennoiserie, tarts, cakes, pies, sausage rolls, kitchen menu, sourdoughs and beverages. You can also visit us at our bakery in Harris Farm Markets Cooks Hill.
