Woodenbong Camping Ground is a quaint rural camping area that caters for tents, caravans, Recreation Vehicles and motorhomes. the grounds are tended to by volunteers of Woodenbong Village and members of the Woodenbong Progress Association.

There is a small shelter and a large undercover area communal kitchen, seating, electric barbecues and a sink with preparation benches, and clean amenities with hot showers. There are disabled unisex toilets and showers, a free dump point, and a coin-operated laundry with a washer and dryer.

The campground is set on the edge of Woodenbong, near the creek and adjacent to the swimming pool, half basketball court, outdoor gym and skate park and has a small playground, making it child-friendly. The ground is a pleasant walk to local shops, the Hotel, the golf club and town facilities.

A volunteer caretaker onsite handles payments and there is also a donation box at the grounds and this property is maintained by local resident volunteers.
