There are expansive lake views and the fully retractable smoked glass stack-a-doors open out onto a large undercover balcony, providing a large indoor/outdoor living and entertainment area.
The fully carpeted Master bedroom with a Queen Sized bed is also on the first floor and is light and airy with ample built in wardrobe space.
The downstairs level features two bedrooms both with two single beds.
There is undercover parking for one car, internal access from the garage which has remote control doors and there is ample room for a boat or additional vehicles.
