YHA Cape Byron (Byron Bay) is a purpose-built hostel in the centre of Byron Bay, just 100 metres to the beach. The hostel has a relaxed atmosphere with common areas surrounding a large heated swimming pool and barbecue area. Facilities include a television/reading room, free Wi-Fi throughout, kitchen with free tea and coffee, laundry. You can also hire bikes and boogie boards.
Backpacker activities and tour bookings can be made at reception or tour desk, and there is a cafe and dive centre on-site.
Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
