Scone Visitor Information Centre is operating at reduced hours due to COVID-19.

Scone - located two hours north of Newcastle; known as the Horse Capital of Australia, it is surrounded by magnificent world renowned thoroughbred horse studs. Scone has a great deal to offer its tourists, with its diverse and unusual attractions which cater to all interests. The Visitor Centre offers bike hire services to visitors and locals who are keen to discover the town on two wheels. Hire starts from as little as AUD5 an hour.

Call in to the centre for information on the local area from their friendly staff.
Souvenirs, local produce and products and other merchandise are also available for purchase.

Mobility

Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
