Catherine Vale Wines

Overview

Sweeping views of the Hunter Valley's Broke Fordwich wine region make visiting picturesque Catherine Vale Vineyard a priority on your wine tasting agenda.

Catherine Vale boasts four alternative varieties - Verdelho originating from Portugal and Arneis, Barbera and Dolcetto from the Piedmont region of Italy. Catherine Vale also produces Semillon and Chardonnay.

James Halliday's reviews continue to prove Catherine Vales consistency as one of the top Australian boutique wine producers. The Catherine Vale range of wines is featured in the 2017 James Halliday Wine Companion. The Barbera received the highest score of our wines, and all others scored very well, with the Semillon again featuring as a true wine of the Hunter Valley.

Taste wines in a replica 'turn of the century' Australian Country Church. Play bocce, stay awhile. Enjoy the quiet ambience of the setting and the proximity to Yengo National Park.
