Chemistry of Flavour - Wine and Chocolate

They're going to take a detailed look at wine and food pairing through the medium of chocolate.
Pairing five of their single vineyard, low intervention wines with different types of chocolate, they'll investigate why some pairings work better than others, and how the chemistry of flavour helps the wine and chocolate interact to provide the most amazing, and often unexpected, matches.
The groups are limited to a maximum of eight to keep the experience intimate and allow, and encourage, their guests to ask any questions they wish. The aim is for you to get a deeper understanding of flavour and leave more confident in your ability to match any wine with almost any food.
