In this three hour workshop with Baker Domenico Schipilliti of The Sir George you will learn how to make your own baguettes and ciabatta, including:
Advanced shaping methods using yeasted European bread recipes; How to mix and prove dough, shape and slash baguettes, and How to mix and shape ciabatta loaves and variations such as fennel seed ciabatta and ciabatta rolls baked in a domestic oven.
Each participant will take home a pack of handmade baked goods, a Sir George tote bag, an e-copy of all recipes and baking methods, and The Sir George Bakery’s four year old wild yeast sourdough starter.
