Marsh Meanders

The iconic Macquarie Marshes wetlands are a bird enthusiast's paradise, with over 300 species of birds and other native wildlife. The Marshes cover an area of 220 000 hectares and are Ramsar listed, which have international significance. The Ramsar Site is made up of the Macquarie Marshes Nature Reserve, the Wilgara Wetlands, and "U-Block" on "The Mole".
