It is with great excitement the Mulwala Football Netball Club announces that the iconic Lake Mulwala “Cod Classic” will go ahead in 2023.
The Cod Classic celebrates the opening to a new Murray Cod fishing season at the “Home of the Murray Cod” – Lake Mulwala.
Entering its 24th year, the Cod Classic will have a new look bringing it into line with whatever Covid 19 restrictions are imposed at the time.
2023 will see 3 Yamaha – Quintrex – Humminbird boating packages up for grabs along with AUD60K in prizes.
Fishing sections will remain the same along with many major lucky door prizes. Flathead Fred will be there for the kids on Saturday evening (if he can make it across!).
A new addition to this year’s event will see a “Mega Raffle” being conducted on Saturday night with a plethora of prizes.
