The Riverine Plains Innovation Expo aims to foster innovation, create connections, share knowledge, and showcase businesses and individuals operating ahead of the curve.

The Innovation Expo comprises four main events held.

New Edge Microbials Black Tie Gala Dinner
Seed Force Innovation Conference

Upton Engineering- RP Welcome drinks at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort (YMGCR) providing a casual networking opportunity with all drinks and canapes included.

The RP Field day aims to introduce farmers to new and innovative solutions for the management of specific farming systems issues in the region. The Field day will be held at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Foreshore. Tickets include all day coffee, light refreshments, and a barbecue lunch.

New Edge Microbials- RPl Gala dinner starts with arrival drinks and canapes at the YMGCR. Enjoy a 3 course sit down dinner and drinks, a charity auction, and entertainment including a comedian to get the night off to a great start! The charity auction will support a charity run by RP to support university students in their agricultural focused studies.

Seed Force- RP Innovation conference will be held at the YMGCR and will include trade stalls, two hours of networking, and presentations industry leaders. All day coffee, morning and afternoon tea and lunch inclusive.

Have lifts with enough space for people using a mobility aid to enter and turn around to use the lift buttons. Buttons are at accessible height.

Have step free access to the conference or function room
Have step free outdoor pathways (includes picnic areas, barbecues and shelters)
Modify your cooking and cleaning practices to cater for people with food allergies or chemical intolerances (could include menus with meals free from: nuts, dairy, seafood, eggs, gluten etc)
Offer a range of contact methods for receiving complaints
Offer multiple options for booking - web, email, phone
Provide assistance with booking arrangements (includes providing clear itineraries with written instructions on what to do at various destinations)
Provide linen that is chemical and fragrance free (if requested)
Provide toiletries which are chemical and fragrance free (if requested)
Train your staff in communicating with people with learning or behavioural challenges
Train your staff in disability awareness
Train your staff to respond to allergic reactions
Use Plain English / easy read signage and information (includes menus and emergency information)
Welcomes and assists people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour. (includes people with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia)
