Deniliquin

A riverside respite

Deniliquin is an aquatic playground on the beautiful Edward River, a tributary of the Murray River. The perfect escape for waterskiing, wakeboarding and fishing, as well as bushwalking, cycling and golf, this waterside town is also home to the world-famous Deni Ute Muster.

Outdoor adventures

Explore the river by kayak, boat or houseboat, or hire bicycles and pedal along the riverbank. You can also cycle the Beach to Beach Riverside Walk, which takes in the Island Sanctuary, home to kangaroos and over 100 bird species. Or enjoy the surroundings from the neighbouring Deniliquin Golf Club.

The park has three loop mountain bike tracks to explore, winding through majestic river red gum forest. Keep an eye out for eastern grey kangaroos.
