Lennox Hastie is fascinated by fire; his dedication and uncompromising approach has established Firedoor as an exciting eating experience unlike anything else in town. Cooking with fire has earnt Hastie a coveted two SMH Hats at his latest Sydney establishment so when asked to come to a remote property at the end of a single dirt track and create magic with fire, he did not hesitate as this is where Hastie really shines….out in nature where it’s all about the wood, the air, the coals and the art of making the ingredient the hero when mixed with his finesse.
This will be a feast to remember of local farmed and freshly foragedproduce.
