Whether it's the sustainable, no waste approach to life that brings you along, or you're keen to learn some seasonal delicacies to share with your loved ones this class delivers it all. You'll walk away with all the recipes, instruction and know-how to preserve at home.

Although this is a seasonal class and the recipes and produce change accordingly, the theory and, most importantly, do's and don'ts of preserving will translate no matter the season. You are welcome to book into more than one season, so you're set for the entire years bounty!
