Overview
Appleyard Bed and Breakfast is located three minutes drive from the township of Forbes, in a country setting overlooking a beautiful pond where there are daily visits from a great array of birdlife.
This gorgeous cottage was purpose built as a Bed and Breakfast and it provides guests with a peaceful setting to relax, either while on holiday, attending one of the many events in the Forbes area or on a business trip. There are two bedrooms, both with queen beds which share a very large bathroom. The kitchen is very modern with microwave, Ninja, Nespresso coffee, gas cooktop and dishwasher. The very comfortable lounge area has a large screen television and Nintendo Wii. The cottage also has reverse cycle air-conditioning plus ceiling fans in each bedroom for you comfort.
