Their food takes inspiration from their travels across the globe. They offer a tasting menu from Tuesday to Saturday. With 24-hour notice, they can accommodate most dietary requirements. Their menu is ever-changing depending on the availability of ingredients.

Charred Kitchen and Bar use the best local produce from Orange and beyond and their newly commissioned "Lucifer" wood and charcoal oven to impart a unique flavour. Hence the name 'Charred'.

Charred Kitchen and Bar orchestrate a beverage list that showcases the skill and artistry of many local producers as well as applauding the great wines of the world.
