Award-winning regional Italian locanda Antica Australis, in the heritage village of Carcoar, has teamed up with one of the Orange wine region's premium vineyards to present a food and wine matching event at the charming Carcoar School of Arts for the 2023 Orange Wine Festival.
A glass of Cargo Road wines Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc is provided on arrival, with an accompanying shared board of selected Italian cheeses and locally-produced cured meats while you enjoy a private wine tasting of the portfolio of Cargo Road Wines with owner and local vigneron, James Sweetapple.
A four course set menu lunch follows, curated for the event by Antica’s Paolo Picarazzi with three matched Cargo Road wines.
