Sunday 07 February 2016 to Sunday 07 July 2019 (MONTHLY event)
Taralga Lions Markets are held the first Sunday of each month at the Taralga War Memorial Hall, Orchard Street, Taralga (excluding January).
The town of Taralga dates back to the 1820s and is noteworthy for its many beautiful historical buildings. The Taralga Historical Society Museum is open on Sundays from 1pm to 4 pm and displays many interesting historical items.
The museum grounds include a diverse range of relocated and restored buildings including a settler's cottage, dairy, school house and Nissen hut. Taralga also boasts a range of specialty shops and you can get an excellent meal at one of the pubs and cafes.
Taralga is only a short drive from either Goulburn or Crookwell and is on the main route from Goulburn to Oberon and the Blue Mountains
