Southern Highland life centres around moving in harmony with the seasons so to celebrate the start of each of earths growing cycles, they have created a series of unique events.
From Winter Solstice to Spring Equinox, each season offers them something different and fresh, similarly each of their feasts has its own individual style and personality.
This year they are adding a new feast to their series - Hallows Eve.
At Hallows' Eve guests will embrace their dark side for a truly magical five course feast representing the five elements of nature in every bite - Earth | Water | Fire | Air | Spirit.
Unlike Halloween, which is seen as a more commercial American interpretation, they are opting for a fusion of the Mexican and Irish celebrations. They have woven in their existing ethos of using seasonal, homegrown and wild sourced food in their menu with matched local beverages to bring the past, present and future together.
Guests are encouraged to dress up as Druids, Witches, Wiccans and the like for this dinner event. Assemble your coven for their feasting table, pagan potions and brews, creative installations, fire pits, live music and Día de Muertos alter offerings.
