The Imperial Stay
The Imperial Stay (Formally Imperial Hotel) dates from 1883, with its elaborate front veranda and warm old character, this lovely old place has been turned into a family orientated venue.

Gliding and flying attract large numbers of people to the area every year. The local aerodrome (four kilometres west of town, on the Mitchell Highway) houses the nation's oldest country aero club.
