Waste To Art
Friday 23 April 2021 to Sunday 16 May 2021
Overview
Waste to Art is an annual competition that features artworks created by community members using recycled and unwanted materials.
The results are always highly imaginative, and thought-provoking with the collected artworks celebrating recycling and sustainable living.
This year’s theme is steel and aluminium cans, a media that has been effectively used by artists around the world including New Zealand artist Michel Tuffery (pictured).
