The Entrance Bike Hire
Overview
Visit The Entrance - the area has over 30 kilometres of dedicated bike paths plus many quiet back streets leading to beaches and parks.
There are lots of things to do on the Central Coast, from quirky shopping at Long Jetty to fabulous cafes and restaurants of The Entrance. The area is surrounded by lakes, beaches, parklands and playgrounds of all sizes. There are kid's BMX tracks, skate parks, and dozens of swings and playgrounds, both small and big, for all aged children.
The Automatic Bike Hire stations are open everyday, seven days per week, offering self service, hassle free bike vending machines that require a credit card to unlock a bike.
The two locations in The Entrance Town are the Visitor Information Centre (VIC), and along the boardwalk near the pelican feeding. Across both stations, there are 20 bikes for hire including 15 unisex bikes (10 with child seats and five with baskets) for riders over 145 centimetres. Plus five children's bikes suitable for riders over 110 centimetres tall.
Free helmets, great maps and bike locks are available from the VIC and local retailers.
