Silk's Brasserie


Offering fine dining in the heart of historic Leura for more than 25 years, Silk’s Brasserie is a veteran of the Blue Mountains dining scene. There’s a cosy ochre-walled dining room, crisp white tablecloths and welcoming atmosphere. Choose from pan-seared scallops with salmon caviar, tortellini of prawn with ponzu soy broth or salad of smoked duck breast to start, followed by lamb backstrap with cannellini beans, house made potato gnocchi with fresh asparagus or pan roasted pork tenderloin for mains. Silk’s is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
