John and Lorraine Spear would be pleased to welcome you to enjoy their hospitality, specialising in regional, seasonal produce.
In keeping with the "Slow Food” philosophy, ingredients are sourced locally where possible and all preserves, breads and sauces are homemade. Breakfasts are generous, with plenty of variety. Dinner (three courses) can be provided by arrangement, for $40.00 per person.
The home features two guest bedrooms with private bathroom facilities for each bedroom. The property has reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood fires, a guest lounge and dining room, television/video cassette recorder and Internet access available. Experience excellent food and unpretentious comfort with warm and gracious hosts.
Only 25 minutes from Cowra and 10 minutes from Wyangala Dam, it is conveniently located for visiting the region’s many cellar doors, the historic villages of Millthorpe and Carcoar and Canowindra, known for its wineries, hot air ballooning, Age of Fishes Museum and art galleries.
The B & B recently won the Cowra Tourism Award for Business Excellence in the Tourist Accommodation category.
