Open year-round, this 100 year old cottage is surrounded by an extensive 4 acre garden. Visitors are invited to wander along its many enticing fragrant paths, leading them under romantic rose covered arbours and into secluded flower filled areas. The woodlands create a shady haven to rest in, while the pond at the bottom of the garden adds to the peace and tranquillity felt by all in this harmonious, spellbinding garden.
The Spires Nursery:
Ideally located next to Foxglove Spires Open Garden. The Spires Nursery features an extensive range of interesting plants suited to many climatic zones. These include Australian natives, cottage and rare perennials, cacti and succulents, citrus, berries and unusual food plants, seedlings and herbs and a variety of roses. Open Daily, 9.00am - 5.00pm. From gourmet sandwich and burger selections on our table menu to the savoury sensations on our ever changing board menu you will be sure to find something delicious. We have an extensive gluten-free menu and cater for most allergy sensitive tastes. We make our own cakes, sauces and dressings on the premises, as well as an array of our own jams & preserves, laksa paste and relishes - all for sale to the public.
