Sapphire Beach's patrol area is located at the southern end of the beach. Patrols run from Monday-Friday from 27 December for three weeks ending patrols on a Sunday. It is then patrolled on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays until 26 January in the following year. The northern access, via Crystal Waters drive offers playground facilities, parking, beach showers and it is close to the shops.
