Port Kembla beach is located at the Northern end of a stretch of beach that extends to the entrance of Lake
Illawarra. The sand from Port Kembla was transported to Waikiki beach in Hawaii to cover the black sand.
Quite popular for surfing Port Kembla is located 11 kilometres south of Wollongong.
