Glenrock State Recreation Area has a fine series of beaches beneath a large headland. Swim and Surf at Dudley or Burwood Beaches or try the Yuelabah Walking Track to Glenrock Lagoon. The last of the Newcastle
Region's rainforest is protected.
Activities available include rock and surf fishing, bushwalking, hang gliding,swimming and surfing. Picnic areas include barbecues.
