The Holbrook Settlers Motel is set amongst shady trees, well clear of the noise of the highway and features an inviting and large swimming pool.
The units are spacious, comfortable and affordable and are well equipped with queen size beds, tables and chairs, wardrobe, television, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge.
Each unit has its own en-suite, heating and air-conditioning. Large windows look out over a grassed area between the two wings of units, with shade provided by trees and set with tables and chairs.
There is a play area for children with a trampoline, swings and a slippery slide. Undercover parking at the rear of the units is provided allowing direct access through the units' back doors.
The Motel is set on three acres of land with plenty of room for trucks and vans. It is owner operated and offers a wholesome breakfast menu and evening meals delivered to rooms.
