An experienced Kayak instructor will be with you every stroke of the way to show you their favourite spots along the creek including the Osprey nest. When you take a lesson with Watersports Guru, you will learn about the proper technique of standing up and getting into waves as well how to use your equipment. Whatever your age or experience level, Watersports Guru will teach you to surf with some of the best instructors in the business.
  
  Private and group lessons are offered as well as children's summer camps (September to January). Advanced coaching is available for competitive or non competitive surfers.

  Watersports Guru offer basic beginner lessons on a flat water creek or river through to more advanced lessons where they teach you how to surf in the ocean.
  
  All 90 minute lessons work around the following basic fundamentals; the effects of tide, wind and waves; safety and etiquette; types of equipment; carrying your equipment; paddling techniques; turning techniques; best balance positioning on the board; stand up technique.
