Rock Up Adventures staff are industry qualified and experienced to support you or your organisation in outdoor recreation activities of abseiling and rock climbing on natural and artificial surfaces and bush walking in all terrain, including training for trekking.
Operating from the Hunter Region, Rock Up Adventures are well placed to provide adventure activities to individuals of all ages, groups, schools and businesses, with a variety of half day, full day, overnight or extended adventures that can be tailor to meet your needs.
Sites used vary in height and provide a range of spectacular views with significant variety in exposure, challenge and experience suited to the beginner or the more adventurous.
Hassle free experience with all industry specific equipment provided inclusive of cost. All you need is the enthusiasm and suitable clothing for a challenge or life experience.

A practical demonstration of techniques is followed by a short practical session and opportunity to gain confidence before moving to higher vertical descents.
As your confidence and skills develop under the direction of the instructors, you will move on to abseiling vertical surfaces, over hangs and higher descents. They come to you, agree on the program and site, set up the course, conduct the activity and pack up, as a complete package.
There are no hassles for you, their qualified staff supervise all safety requirements and the safe conduct of the activities.

Activities range from individual challenge to working in pairs, up to small team tasks, challenges or problem solving. The ropes are the structure to bring out your adventure spirit.
Low ropes are set up with the feet working no more than one metre off the ground.
High ropes are set up with the feet above four metres from the ground.
The selection of activities range from simple single line traverse to more complex and intimidating adventure challenges.
