M.V. "Carina" is a purpose built stebercraft in full NSW maritime survey, locally owned and operated, is powered by twin engines and has a cruising speed of 14knots. "CARINA" has two crew for safety and is equipped with the latest electronics, comfortable seating, large covered deck area, private toilet.

Trips include- Half day fishing - four hours, full day fishing/Balls Pyramid - six hours, around Lord Howe/Balls Pyramid scenic, bird watching and dolphin spotting cruise - four hours, around Lord Howe cruise - two hours.

M.V. "Carina" is available for private charters. Choose from fishing trips - six anglers, scenic cruises - maximum 18 passengers. Cost includes quality rods and reels, all bait and tackle and soft drink. The catch of the day is cleaned and iced ready to cook. All you need to bring is your hat, spray jacket, camera, sunscreen and something to eat if you want.

    This trip commences form the only Jetty on Lord Howe. As the boat circumnavigates the island you will see some of the most spectacular scenery, seabird rookeries and rock formations, from Malabar hills and Admiralty Island group at the north end to the peaks of Mount Gower and Lidgebird at the south. Head 20 kilometres Southeast to the awe inspiring peak of Balls Pyramid which rises shear out of the water some 570 metres - a must to see. As you transit across, watch sea birds abounding as well as the many friendly dolphins.The trip then returns to Lord Howes Jetty where it commenced.
