They offer endless fun and excitement for team building, individuals and family groups in horse riding, quad biking, kayaking and abseiling.
Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy, no experience is necessary and absolutely anyone can do it! With breathtaking views over the Valley, their experienced staff offer a series of easily progressive stages in developing confidence and technique as you advance. Glenworth Valley caters to family groups and has 150 acres of river front camping, barbecue and picnic areas to choose from, where you can relax after a fun day.

Develop your confidence through a series of easy progress stages. By the end of the session you will be able to experience lengthy rock face descents, open air declines and if you are up for a real challenge, face forward rundowns! Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy. No experience is necessary and anyone can do it.
Sessions run daily subject to advance bookings and minimum numbers.
