Glenworth Valley Abseiling

Nestled in a valley on the NSW Central Coast amongst thousands of acres of National Park lies Australia's largest horse riding and outdoor adventure centre. Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures operates on 3,000 acres of unspoilt wilderness just 20 minutes from Gosford or one hour from Sydney or Newcastle.

They offer endless fun and excitement for team building, individuals and family groups in horse riding, quad biking, kayaking and abseiling.

Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy, no experience is necessary and absolutely anyone can do it! With breathtaking views over the Valley, their experienced staff offer a series of easily progressive stages in developing confidence and technique as you advance. Glenworth Valley caters to family groups and has 150 acres of river front camping, barbecue and picnic areas to choose from, where you can relax after a fun day.

Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy. No experience is necessary and anyone can do it.

    Glenworth Valley offer a variety of packages, allowing you to combine any of the activities available.

    Combine abseiling with either quad biking, kayaking or horse riding. You can either do one activity in the morning and one in the afternoon, or do one activity on consecutive days.
