You don't have to be a gourmet cook to enjoy their classes. They will teach as well as inspire you to create exciting new dishes with ease.
  
  The classes are very informal and allow guests to be as hands on as they like. Lessons run for between two and four hours with a maximum of 10 people attending. Several different dishes are prepared and then shared in a sumptuous tasting platter where you will enjoy generous samples of the flavours and textures of the Mediterranean.

The children are encouraged to forage in the vegetable garden for the freshest, healthy ingredients, and then cook alongside the teacher to prepare exciting, tasty dishes.
