Welcome to Anna's Cuisina.

Anna Peters is easily recognised by her bright red lipstick, trademark red glasses and her laugh. She is the founder and Creator of Anna's Cuisina based in Orange, NSW, a leading producer of handmade gourmet foods including the full range of Anna's Cuisina, Mary's Munchies and Kearney's Country Kitchen products.

Anna's Greek heritage and close-knit family (still involved in the business) ensured that her interest in food was nurtured and encouraged, but she initially pursued her passion for music while baking on the side, a hobby that became Anna's Cuisina and a love of all that is Food in 1993. Anna's husband is a keen cook, loves food and enjoys all that is Anna's Cuisina.

Food education is something Anna is very passionate about, hosting classes for children and adults at Anna's Cuisina throughout the year, and travelling widely in NSW to teach in regional towns and schools. Whilst teaching, Anna and her husband, travel NSW speaking with producers to learn about the food they produce and life as it is.
