You can then move on to the wine appreciation class and a presentation from Kim McCosker, the queen of ‘4 Ingredient’ cooking. Get involved in cocktail and martini demonstrations, a fruit carving, coffee appreciation and on top of all this you’ll be treated to a five-course degustation dinner, all under the one roof.
