Established in 1989 Sydney Seafood School, at the Sydney Fish Market is the ultimate place to strengthen your cooking skills and expand your recipe repertoire.
With state of the art cooking facilities you can learn to whip up some impressive seafood dishes including spicy Singapore chilli crab or a perfectly cooked paella. You can even have a go at slicing your own sashimi in the sushi and sashimi workshop. All classes include a demonstration by a leading chef or seafood educator, hands-on cooking session, seafood meal and wine tasting. You’ll also receive parking and a Sydney Seafood School pack which includes an apron, insulated carry bag and recipe kit to take home.
