Wentworth Tractor Rally 2016
July 2016 - To be confirmed
The Wentworth Tractor Rally is held every five years to commemorate the role that the humble tractor played in saving the township of Wentworth (and many other towns on the Murray River) during the 1956 floods.
Tractors (over 300) of all shapes, sizes and propulsion will gather in Wentworth for a procession, roll call, tractor gymkana and 'high' tech GPS inspired tractor arrangement on the Wentworth Showgrounds, something which has to be seen to be believed.
It is an event for all travellers - tractor buffs and those who like a great outback community event - plenty of food, fun and Fergies!
Come and join the Wellington community for the weekend - there will be plenty of other activities on in and around town during the period so book early!
