Tumbarumba Rodeo is held every year on New Year's Day. Full APRA Championship Rodeo with a host of fun-filled events including: Local Barrel Race; Poddy ride; bucking ponies; Stallion chute out; Poly Saddle Ride; Aussie Rule V's Rugby League steer ride challenge, Saddle Bronc and bareback and Bull Ride Featuring The Big ScreenBull cam, chute cam instant replays.
