Start training for the annual cycling weekend that races into and around the magnificent Warrumbungle National Park.
The main competition is held on Sunday, with five rides to choose from: 84 kilometre (elite), 50 kilometre and 43 kilometre (fit/very fit), 23 kilometre downhill (thrill seekers) and 12 kilometre (a gentle but rewarding ride for the not so fit and children).
On Saturday, there will be a 27 kilometre coffee ride starting at 9am, followed by dinner at the Imperial Hotel, Coonabarabran at 7pm.
It's a great day out for the family. Free sausage sandwich or veggie option and prize draw. Entry fees apply. The above information on competition is to be confirmed for 2012.
